Insights, & Updates

Trust is Built on Transparent Communication

Do you accept insurance?

Our practice primarily operates on a private-pay basis to ensure the highest level of personalized care and privacy. However, we can provide you with a detailed “superbill” that you may submit to your insurance company for potential out-of-network reimbursement. We recommend contacting your provider directly to verify your out-of-network benefits.

How long are appointments?

The duration of your visit depends on the type of service. Initial evaluations are comprehensive and typically last between 60 to 90 minutes. Standard follow-up appointments for medication management or ongoing progress tracking generally range from 20 to 30 minutes.

Do you treat children and adolescents?

Currently, our clinic specializes in providing psychiatric care for adults (ages 18 and older). If you are seeking help for a minor, we can provide recommendations or referrals to trusted pediatric specialists who focus specifically on child and adolescent mental health.

Are virtual visits available?

Yes, we offer secure telepsychiatry sessions via a HIPAA-compliant platform. Virtual visits allow you to receive expert care from the comfort and privacy of your own home, making it easier to maintain consistent treatment regardless of your location or schedule.
